The Dean of the College of Education for Humanities, Professor Dr. Imad Hamid Ahmed, held a meeting on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, with the Women’s Affairs Unit at the College, in the presence of the Head of the Unit, Lecturer Manal Joudi Mahmoud, and the unit coordinators from the academic departments. The meeting was conducted within the framework of supporting activities and programs aimed at empowering women and تعزيز their role within the university environment.
The meeting addressed the discussion of the unit’s future plans and mechanisms for developing awareness and training programs that contribute to raising the cultural and social awareness of female students, in addition to reviewing the most prominent activities implemented during the previous period.
During the meeting, the Dean emphasized the importance of the role undertaken by the Women’s Affairs Unit in promoting positive values and supporting female potential, stressing the need to continue organizing high-quality initiatives that serve the university community in alignment with the directions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
He also affirmed the College Deanship’s commitment to providing the necessary support to the Unit, enabling it to achieve its objectives efficiently and effectively.
